Dr. Sultana Afrooz, D.O.

Sultana Afrooz, D.O.

Integrative Family Medicine Physician & Osteopathic Physician

Dr. Afrooz specializes in diagnosing and treating highly complex health challenges, and in providing the in-depth, compassionate, individualized care patients deserve. She received her doctorate from Des Moines University in 2002, completed her osteopathic internship and family practice residency at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, and is board certified in family practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

She is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Georgia, and is well-versed in testing and discovering the environmental, genetic, and infectious factors connected to chronic health issues, with extensive training in tick-borne infections and the systemic effects of mold toxicity. She believes the body has an inherent ability to heal itself, and that her role is to guide patients on that journey.

Dr. Jessica Needle, N.D.

Jessica Needle, N.D.

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Needle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mills College and a doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. She completed a post-graduate internship at TrueNorth Health Center and guided over 200 patients through nutritional detoxification at Sedona Wellness Retreat.

She spent eight years using her expertise in I.V. and injection therapy with people facing cancer and chronic disease. Her focus includes diet and nutrition, detoxification, bio-identical hormones, micronutrient testing, botanical medicine and myofascial release.
