What we help with
Diabetes & Blood Sugar
Support for metabolism and blood sugar balance alongside the care you already have.
How we approach it
Type 1 diabetes involves autoimmune damage to the pancreas, type 2 is marked by insulin resistance, and gestational diabetes occurs during pregnancy. All of them raise blood sugar, and over time that does damage.
The conventional approach manages blood sugar with insulin or medication. If your pancreas cannot produce insulin you will still need it. Our work sits alongside that: dietary and lifestyle change, and testing to look for the underlying factors disrupting your metabolism.

What we evaluate
- A full nutrition, sleep, stress and activity history
- Nutritional deficiencies and hormone imbalance
- Environmental exposures that affect metabolism
- An individualized plan with follow-up, not a handout
